Prime Minister Imran Khan meets Afghan President, discusses Afghan reconciliation process
KABUL: Prime Minister Imran Khan has called on Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in which they discussed the Afghan reconciliation process.
According to Express News, Prime Minister Imran Khan met with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in Kabul, in which bilateral issues of mutual interest and the Afghan reconciliation process were discussed in detail.

In a joint press briefing after the meeting, the Afghan President said that he was grateful to Prime Minister Imran Khan for coming to Afghanistan, everyone is aware of the nature of relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan, cooperation between Pakistan and Afghanistan is essential for development, regional ties. Promotion and economic activities are in our interest, we want a ceasefire to end the violence in Afghanistan.
Ashraf Ghani said that the honor of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is linked to the dignity of all Muslims and it is necessary to differentiate between positive and negative attitudes towards freedom of expression.

Prime Minister Imran Khan and his delegation were received at Kabul Airport by Afghan Foreign Minister Muhammad Hanif Atmar.
